1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mintlife.health (the "Site"), operated by Mintlife Health of 7777 Leesburg Pike Suite 203-S, Falls Church, VA 22043. By accepting our consent banner or by continuing to use the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and — where you receive care — our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Telehealth Informed Consent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site Is Not Medical Advice

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time. Do not use this Site or its contact form for urgent matters — it is not monitored continuously.

3. Our Services

Mintlife Health is a private-pay (cash-pay) practice. We do not participate in insurance networks or Medicare/Medicaid. Fees, membership details, and superbill availability are described on our Fees page and in your patient agreements, which control over any summaries on the Site. Services are available only where our clinicians hold the required licenses; availability of telehealth depends on the state you are located in at the time of the visit.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Site in a way that violates any law, infringes others' rights, or interferes with the Site's operation or security.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our forms.
• Do not scrape, copy at scale, frame, or republish Site content without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are the property of Mintlife Health or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; all other rights are reserved.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site relies on third-party providers (hosting, form delivery, fonts) and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintlife Health and its clinicians, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms alters the professional obligations owed to established patients under applicable medical and psychological practice standards.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mintlife Health from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
